Service Description

Assisted yoga which is one on one, involving props like chairs, blocks, boasters, straps, etc. It is perfect for all levels and people with different injuries or inflammation. Each session will be designed according to the client's needs. This is a hands-on yoga session, it will involve deeper stretches to work on the whole body. All of the yoga equipment such as mats, chairs, blocks, etc will be provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own. In case of cancellation, please notify us 4 hours before the designated time. No-shows and failure to notify cancellation will result in payment of $25. In case of injury, your doctor should have cleared you for taking yoga. Depending on the severity of the condition a doctor's note would be required. *Taxes are not included in pricing.

Cancellation Policy

The client will be charged $30 for no show-up or cancellation of session or appointment after 24 hours.
